Bart tells a story where the Simpsons move into a haunted house built on a Native American burial ground. After the house is told off by Marge, it chooses to destroy itself rather than live with the Simpsons.

Hungry are the Damned

In Bart’s other story, the Simpsons are abducted by Kang and Kodos to be taken to the planet Rigel IV for a feast. Lisa is suspicious of the aliens’ intentions, believing that the Simpsons themselves are being cooked. When her trust is misplaced, the offended aliens return the family to Earth.

In Lisa’s nightmare (“The Monkey’s Paw”), the Simpsons visit Morocco and find a monkey’s paw that makes all their wishes come true – with dire consequences. Homer eventually gives the paw to Ned, who improves his home.

In Bart’s nightmare (“The Bart Zone”), the town of Springfield must think happy thoughts or suffer the powers of Bart’s twisted imagination. Dr. Marvin Monroe prescribes that Homer should spend quality time together. As this happens, Bart wakes from his dream, horrified.

Frankenstein by Mary Shelley (1818)

In Homer’s nightmare (“If I Only Had a Brain”), Mr. Burns transplants Homer’s brain into a robot to create a super-efficient worker. The robot remains as incompetent and inefficient as regular Homer, and Burns restores Homer’s brain to his body. Homer wakes after Burns is accidentally crushed by the robot, and finds Burns’ head is grafted on his shoulder.

To stop him, Lisa chases Bart with a knife until she declares she is not a murderer. She throws the knife away, but it flies back and kills Bart.

Krusty the Clown introduces a new hamburger made from cows that have eaten other cows. The burgers turn the townsfolk into zombies, but the Simpsons have survived. When they learn Bart is immune, the family make their way to a safe zone to develop a cure. Upon arrival, Bart is made to bathe in people’s food to gain immunity.

In this parody of The Thing with Two Heads, after Bart is decapitated during a kite accident, his head is attached to Lisa’s body and the two must live together as one — until Bart discovers that he can fully function whenever Lisa is asleep, and sets out to incapacitate her so he can have her body.

Maggie is possessed by Pazuzu, a vengeful demon. Before he is killed, Ned Flanders says she needs an exorcism. A priest removes it from Maggie, and after jumping into Bart, the demon says he is more evil that it is.

Coraline by Neil Gaiman (2002)

Lisa discovers an alternate reality where the Simpsons are nicer but have buttons for eyes. She chooses to stay there by exchanging her eyes for buttons. When they notice Lisa is missing, the rest of the Simpsons follow her to the alternative reality, but Homer accidentally kills some alternate Simpsons. He decides to bring everyone back to live in the prime reality.

While grilling a hot dog, Homer accidentally cuts off his finger and cooks it. He decides to eat it and starts cooking more of his body because he likes the taste. Mario Batali offers to cook the rest of his body to serve in his restaurants.

Mr. Burns opens a retirement home that helps the elderly feel better by mixing their DNA with dinosaur DNA. However, when Homer raises the temperature in Grampa’s room, they turn into dinosaurs. Burns is killed, and the Simpson family escapes from the elderly.

In the 1980s, Milhouse Van Houten is kidnapped by a monster. He contacts Lisa and says he is in another dimension. Lisa travels there and frees Milhouse. While escaping, Lisa uses her psychic powers to fight the monsters until Homer rescues them. However, they are trapped in the other dimension.

Homer chokes on a hot dog and dies. Learning he died too early, he is allowed to return to Earth in the body of someone who died. He returns in the body of a football player. After immediately ruining his new body, he jumps into Superintendent Chalmers’ body, but he also dies. Homer continues to switch bodies until Marge makes him stop. He chooses Moe’s body as the final one since he also loves Marge.

Homer mistakes a machine at the nuclear plant for a vending machine. When he inserts a coin into it, it explodes, and multiple different versions of himself from different dimensions come through a portal. Lisa says the explosion caused a hole in the space-time continuum, and Homer needs to recreate it to fix it. Mr. Burns tries to stop him with other versions of Burns and Smithers until he sees a version where Burns is Smithers’ assistant. Homer then sends them all home.

The schoolchildren watch a video that kills anyone who watches it. When they die, Lisa and Bart investigate. They learn that the video is haunted by a girl who did not receive any valentines and died falling down a well. Lisa summons the girl and gives her a valentine. They become friends until Lisa annoys her, and she jumps down the well.

Marge reads Maggie a storybook about a monster that feeds on people’s rage and is released by reading the book itself. Marge burns the book but becomes possessed by the monster after breathing the smoke. She chases Maggie, but Maggie touches her cheek, which releases the smoke. Marge traps the smoke with a vacuum cleaner.

Lisa finds a tome that will kill anybody whose name is written in it if the manner of death is different each time. A shinigami tells Lisa she will enjoy using the book. When Mr. Burns’ new company plans to accelerate climate change, she uses the book to kill him and anyone else at the company who wants to do so. Bart learns what Lisa is doing. Lisa is tempted to kill him, but she kills the shinigami instead. However, Lisa becomes a shinigami in its place.

In an alternate outcome of the episode “Cape Feare”, Sideshow Bob has killed Bart, and Lisa grows up to become a criminal psychology teacher. The police bring Lisa to help when a series of murders of her first-born childhood friends occurs. When footage shows Lisa killing Nelson and she is sent to prison, Lisa reveals to Bob that she developed a split-personality that committed the murders to allow her to get close him. She kills Bob in the same way that he killed Bart.

“Jaws” meets “The Blob” from 1970s. It will see two characters being killed off when a monster created from sentient lard, named the “fatburg,” takes over Springfield. First, Chief Wiggum is killed, but the big death is Bart Simpson, who, it’s revealed, is drained of all his lard and dies. 1970s Springfield is menaced by a grease monster that feeds on human fat.

Young Homer sees a clown, Krusto, as he is attacked by bullies. Another group protects Homer and drives the bullies away. They share stories of their encounters with Krusto and learn he appears every twenty-seven years to kill children. Meanwhile, Homer writes a love note to Marge. When they watch an old video of Krusto on television, he comes out of it and tries to kill Comic Book Guy. They go to the television station to kill Krusto, but he escapes. Marge thinks the note is from Comic Book Guy, and they kiss.

Not It: Part Two

It Chapter Two (2019)

Twenty-seven years later, Homer learns Krusto has returned. Marge, married to Comic Book Guy, goes to help, but he is reluctant to go. Marge’s children are kidnapped by Krusto. They return to the television station. Krusto reveals that Comic Book Guy did not write the love note. Marge deduces that Homer wrote the note. They learn they need to destroy the laughter sign to kill Krusto. Comic Book Guy sacrifices himself so Marge can destroy the sign. Krusto dies, and the group leaves with Homer and Marge holding hands.
